lift guys?
whats up guys. i have a 93 f150xl i6. 4x4. and i have been looking around for lift options and really like the 6" suspension with 35's. how hard would you guys say it is to do on the older f150's? im fine with doing it.. familiar with stuff like this just wondering how much time its gonna be layed up for.
also i'm still reading etc.. and are the extended brake lines really necessary? i don't want to skimp out if you know what im saying. but you never know they may not be needed.
anyways, if you have any other comments on the subject shout out.. im all ears.
thanks

im still looking around at lifts. my buddy just put a rough country on his and he loves it. looking into them alittle right now.
and yeah i hate the TTB front end.. but im going to run it for now untill i get my hands on a complete solid axle, and if i wait a few months i might be able to ****** one for next to nothing.. so ill mess with the ttb untill then. not so sure on the regearing either but its def. on my mind.

Also, the lift is not hard but definately GRINDER for the rivots on the control arm brackets. Alot of the difficulty of the install is dependent of the condition of the underside of your truck to start. You never know what you will find when you start taking off parts that have been on the truck for 12+ years...
