Bronco fix-up

I recently bought a 1994 Bronco Eddie Bauer 4x4, 302/5.0L w/ e40d.
I would like to restore it and put a 4" lift on. Heres the problems: The poor thing is rusted out BAD. Tailgate, rear quarters, which are common in this vehicle. The frame and suspension is quite bad also. I am planning on putting new quarters on, and a new tailgate shell.
The radius arms brackets have holes in them, so they have to go before I loose the front end hitting a pot hole. The bushings are shot anyways. All 4 balljoints are shot. Tie-rod ends are worn, but are still holding specs (I think). Money is tight right now, so my question is, should I just fix the suspension stuff, or wait till the lift is being put in. Also, with a 4" lift & 33" tires, do I need to get extended radius arm brackets (approx $400) or should I get new OEM's with new poly bushings.
Anybody know what it'll cost me to have a shop replace 4 ball joints or should I do them myself?

'33s are gonna look small with a 4". They will fit stock height if you space out the front bumper (92-96's) I have 33x12.5 procomps.

Ball joints are about 300 installed if I remember right.

Oh and it just turned 100k. Interior looks brand new. Its amazing how clean the original owner kept the INSIDE. Engine and tranny are strong too.. Just needs a little TLC.

I little TLC?? You just said that the rig is so rusty the chassis needs work.

Sounds like a serious money pit to me. Rust is the devil. Good luck kicking his ****. You will have to tear the thing down all the way to the frame if you have any hopes of truely bringing it back.

Id NEVER touch any rig with rust severe enough to make the chassis questionable, much less attempt to salvage it. But thats me.

More power to ya, I guess

I 2nd that website also check out Bronco's on E-bay. You may want to use this one as a parts truck. It's cheaper to start with a good base. I have an 89' Bronco with no rust showing anywhere and I'm from Michigan.....
