M5 motor going in? umm if you dont mind me asking, why?

 

Pretty much just because I want to. Higher more reliable power for running wide open in the hot desert. I know a lot more about BMW motors then I do Fords so it should make for a fun project.

Yeah, it's a great deal for what you get. I will be posting my completely built BC Automotive transmission for sale soon too. Also has a custom built CircleD torque converter. Email me if any one is interested in that.

Where are you located?

 

Probably some where in the neighborhood of 500hp.

I responded to every ones PMs.

Tranny was built with 100% new/better components by Daren Burch/BC Automotive (same as Troyer Performance transmission) 2800 stall multi plate TC built by Circle D. Transmission was built to hold 750+hp all day while driving hard in the desert. The transmission has just under 800 miles on it as well as the rest of the parts.

Every thing listed with the transmission was close to $10k. First person with $7k takes every thing and basically has a new performance plug and play drive train.

That will be a very unique set up!
I assume you're going with the V10 M5 engine? What computer you're going with and what about tuning? And how about the transmission?
