I believe so. Leaf and block set up over top the axle. From what I understand they are the same. I think the 4x2 have no block, the 4x4 have 1 inch blocks, and the Fx4 have the 2 inch blocks.

Thats why I offered them up for sale. For those 4x2 wanting some rear raise.

The 4x4's have 2-inchers too - I'm soon to take mine off my 06 Lariat.

I have a question. Are the blocks tapered? Or are they perfectly flat? If they are not tapered some then it will change the pinion angle on a 2wd. Are they marked right and left by chance?

I checked them out. They both have the same part # and do not say L or R on them anywhere. I put a tape on them and yes they do seam to have a 1/8 inch diff in thickness from front of block to back of block. With these only being 2 inch....thats not enough to effect your diff angle of concern for the universal joints.

Thanks for the idea. When I pull mine off next week I'l be sre to mark which was left and right. Don't know that it makes any difference but it can't hurt.
