It really depends on the amount of traffic for the time to oregon inlet from manteo. But yea it usually will take a half hour.

i was just in OBX last week... we took the new truck on rt 12 N till we reached the virgina line!

Looks like the Oregon inlet bridge maybe? If you use the Oregon inlet axis and turn south and go all the way down.

 

yea man thats right there at the oregon inlet bridge on the 4x4 beach. great lookin truck by the way man.

 

yup, thats the tip of Oregan inlet. Last time we went out some kid had a fishing hook thru his heel...ouch. I drove this route at night last time too.. Thats a completely different expierence if youve never done it, its really dark, and hard to judge distances and stuff...i need some off road lights!
