I gurantee you that you didn't lost any top end, and may in fact have a higher top end with 4.10s than 3.73 or 3.55.

RPMs

I have 4.10 gears installed with 265/70/17 tires, pretty close to the size of your tires. At 70 mph I'm about 2400 rpm, at 90 I'm around 3000 rpm. I highly recommend the 4.10 gears!

I thought my green truck had 3.73's come to find out it has 3.55 LS but I'll be making the swap to 4.10's asap

Get the 9.75. Bigger Gears, heavier duty. Read an article about build ups on the 9.75. They said in most cases it is as strong as a dana 60.

Quick Reply: 9.75 with 4.10's?
