Been thinking about removing the FX4 stickers on my Screw. I want to give it a cleaner look.

How many of you guys remove them?

 

Guess everybody leaves them on.

I'm going to take mine off for a cleaner look.

 

its not too hard, i took the "STX" stickers off mine, just wait for a hot day and peel them off, or get a blow dryer and go over the sticker a few times and they peel right off.

 

i just got my started with my fingernail and it peeled right off. nothing to it. if theres some residue left just get some googone or an alcohol pad and wipe it off

 

Personally I like the FX4 stickers. I think when people look at the sticker they are like "That's a bad *** truck". Personally I think FX4 is a proud thing to show off other wise it just makes the truck look like a 2x4 IMO

 

I debated this for about.....5 minutes. A 40000.00 vehicle with 10.00 stickers stuck on it. Mine were gone the day I brought the truck home and the truck looks great, very clean. Your model could make a difference as well. Mine is white with the Deluxe Pkg so I have no two tone, body color door handles, white bumpers, and white Hbar on the grill. Of course each to his own

 

I vote to remove the FX4 decals, it will look much nicer without

I would keep them.

 

It looks much cleaner.....

 

I will be taking them off of my truck and replacing them with regular 4x4 stickers, chrome colored ones to be exact, but the chrome ones will tie everything else in once I'm done with the duals and chrome brush guard.

I took off the pin striping already and the Lariat stickers. I just don't want to take the FX4's off yet until I get the new ones (don't want anyone to think I am rolling in a lifted 2x4)... No offense to those who have lifted their 2x4s, just my personal preference.

 

If it were mine, they would have lasted till I got it home, unless I could talk the dealer into removing them.

 

After much thought, I'm taking them off this weekend.

 

X2!! i want some for my 02 screw lariat even though is not a "real" fx4 i didnt get a real one b/c i hated the shadow grey tu-tone on the 01-03s and they went monochromatic on the 04 thru present

 

why the hell would you pay 40000 for an fx4, then remove the stickers? y not get a 4x4 and remove the stickers and save a few thousand. the fx4 is a status symbol.
