Two of them have it in their trucks. Save the cash and use this product. It comes in 12 inch rolls. After it is applied, leave the plastic on the top. It does NOT smell in the hot sun, I've had it in my deisel for 2 years in 110 degree heat.
I've used dynamat on my back back wall when I installed my amps.

Then I found out about the Home Depot stuff so I went and checked it out. Looks to be the same. I plan on doing my doors with it when I can find the time.

There are so many mixed reviews about the "home depot" peel and seal sound deadner. What are your experiences?

Had stereo installed today, the installers laughed when I told them about the peel and stick. "that's what we use in our own cars"......so there you go.

i think its common sense to use something like peel and seal properly prepped surface area. ME personally i would try it on walls and sides. depending on how it holds for my condition i would try and do roof as well. Medic everyone has a different way of doing things, i would try it on the back wall first and possibly door panels, if it does a noticable diffrence i'd keep going with the floors

Ya that was the one that stood out cuz it had hard evidence that Peel n Seal is not that cost efficient for a quality job

So basically. The peel and seal is not worth the trouble of taking the truck apart to not have the outcome needed.
