What are the differences from '12 to '13? I own an '08 and am very familiar with that body style, but I've yet to be up close and personal with the "new new body style" (nnbs?) I do hear Ford is adding the upgraded MyFord Touch to the F150 but also leaving actual controls and ***** for the working guy who doesn't want to messy up his display screen So I'm sure dash is somewhat changed to accommodate the screen. Again, not too familiar with interior of newer F150s, but the second to last photo of the FX4 showing the dash doesn't seem to have the MyFord Touch system that I have seen in the new Edge. But anyhow, from the new photos of the exterior, things don't look all that different, if at all?

Yes sir, I didn't read the caption before on that photo! Certainly not redesigned then. New amenities, sure, but sounds like Ford did to the 2013 what we do with our trucks as far as changing things up with aftermarket lights and grilles and wheels It would seem the 2013 is more of a fine tuned rendition, sort of how there were subtle changes from 05-06. I thought for sure it would be significantly different from the 2012, considering the average growth and age for each generation...97-03, 04-08, 09-12, and now the newest "generation". Perhaps the 13 is not a new generation, but a "heritage" edition as the older body style 08. Maybe bigger changes in the 2014 model year?

Sittin here reading everyone's comments cracks me up. I've owned dodge ford Chevy back to ford everyone of them have options I wish they all did. Chevy brags about there ride, I prefer the ford, like how u can stay in the halfton and get a 6 1/2 box with the ford. Unlike toy and gm. The dodge I had I hated just cheaply built, there is a reason there 10 grand cheaper. Honestly I like the looks of all full size pickups out there to buy so it's small factors that make me decide my final decision. Pre 2012 f150 I've seen u could get a bench seat with leather which was my buying point and the longer box in a crew cab, and I love the 6.2 option. I have a 30' camper I pull around that my 5.4 struggled with in the grades we have in Idaho. Everyone on here has different needs and the reason I keep going with ford is the options.
