Nav for 06 F-150 with Rail DVD
Does anyone know if any of the aftermarket indash Nav systems such as the Pioneer AVIC-Z110BT or Kenwood DNX9140, work with an already installed Rail DVD System (5L3Z 19G323 AAA) in a 2006 F-150 SuperCrew? Alternatly, can the Rail DVD system just be used as a monitor off of the indash DVD?
I want to replace the original 6CD/MP3 with a Nav system but don't want to get rid of my Rail DVD system. I called Ford and a few Custom Shops and no one seems to know.
