My vacation was much needed and I'm back on my feet again. My wife and I even discussed that if I'm going to be working like this then I need to plan some small relaxing times for myself every few months. Just a "get away" time. Sounds good to me I just don't know how feasible it is.

Anyways I'm not trying to make excuses here. I've dropped the ball and want to get it straitened out. Yesterday I got home at 7am from a 16 hour drive from Colorado and simply crashed for almost 14 hours of sleep. Damn that was a long drive.

82chester I need your mailing address. I know you're in Canada but you sent me your package with a different address here in the states. I need to know what address I need to send your new remote and charger to. I'm embarrassed to say that I have had it for a while in a bubble pack waiting for the address. I had put it in a box in my truck with some other stuff and kept forgetting about it. I dug through my spam folder and seen your last email you sent me. Sometimes they wind up in there and I loose them. I get sometimes over 1000 spam emails a day and I try to skim through them so I don't miss anything. So sorry man. Please email me the address or PM me and I'll get this out the door to you.

kcmatt I tried contacting you last night both mobile or home. Please contact me and I'll run up the highway and get this vehicle solved.

I dropped the Ford Accessory contract today. This will free up a lot of my time that gets eaten up by them. They simply cost me more money than I make from them. Ford dealer work has slowed down so much. I am only making $2000 a month from them but it is costing me nearly $800 a month in just fuel running around Kansas City all day. I have worked with the dealers for them to simply call me when they order the product and I'll just put it in. Cut out the middle guys that are eating my profits. This will free up a lot of time that is wasted running around town to put on step bars or bed liners that only pay $25.00. Hell I eat that in fuel getting to the dealer sometimes. Because of the loss I would have to schedule quite a bit of after-hour installations that would keep me from my family and burn me out. I handed the work off to my competitors and I'll let them deal with the headaches of Ford Accessories.

Also for anyone that is interested I have picked up two new distributors that now allows me to get vehicle accessories such as step boards, bug shields, performance parts and the list goes on.

Kudos to Travis!!! again excellent customer service!! just goes to show that this guy cares!!

I wouldn't say excellent customer service this time but I thank you for the support. I got your PM and this will be heading out tomorrow.

Hey Travis- when I said "system", I meant remote start and security system, not sound system. I'm too poor to get a decent sound system. Maybe once the boy is out of daycare and our cars are paid off..........

Happened accross this thread on google and had all but forgotten about it so I had to logon to the site and post an update. Went onto Travis' website and was blown away at how much information and photos he has of the products he sells. As far as the JVC unit I asked about, I couldn't find much info on it anywhere, then I go to KC Autosound and there it all is, so I decided to purchase it from KC. He wasn't much more than the "lowballers", and he actually returned my phone call and talked to me in good detail about the unit. Travis seems to be a pretty good guy IMO. Will definitely be making future purchases from his site. Anyway, I thought I would pass that along. Can't wait for the new unit to show up!! Will post pics of it when I get it in the truck and give my thoughts on it if anyone cares. I know it's not a Kenwood (almost got one though) or a Pioneer.
