Not too hard to do. I have made several like this. What I do is remove the factory faceplate and then glue the buttons back into it solid. Usually just coat epoxy to the back side of it. I then cut a disc in half aand glue it to the back where it will slide into a cd players port if it is a not flip down face. If I am unable to do that I usually make some sort of lip that will slide over and pressure fit around the radio's trim ring. Many ways to make it stay on there. Just have to be creative sometimes.
