Has anyone received and installed an update from Pioneer for the AVIC D1? I think someone posted here a couple of months ago that they receved an update; but I have not received one so far.

My navigation has really been acting up lately. It does not seem to be choosing the correct routes. Also, it may choose one route going to my destination, and then a completely different (and longer!) route returning home. Also, when the Nav voice comes on it no longer mutes my radio. And (final gripe here), my maps seem so out of date it is not even funny. Can't wait for the update!!

Has anyone installed a avic-d1 in a 1997 expedtion. Any pics if you have. Was there any cutting involved or does any know of a dasdh kit that will make this possible.
