Looks fun, that was a serious dune there.

And here is a quick video of the first cut with the ported saw. I still have a touch of work to do but I was wanting to make sure I wasn't going to hang a ring before I go any further with the "detail work".

Cool. Those Dunlop's were a pretty mean looking tire. I'm sure the
Coopers will be much quieter.

Sorry its been so long guys. Its the 3.73 gears, the truck is going in tomorrow to get the ecm reflashed and there gonna check all the sensors. Considering its a Ford Reman Engine with 7k on it, it shouldnt be getting this low. The shop foreman also told me to put exhaust on it, sayin that the stock exhaust is pretty restrictive with the mpgs so its going to Keckler Oil in Weeping Water on tuesday.

HEY! That's my exhaust shop. Tracy did the exhaust on my truck a month ago and my previous truck's as well. I only live 15 miles from there.

Just got the pcm updated on the truck. Apparently after the new engine was installed the computer when into a "limp" mode and was only running at half power. So now the truck needs a new nickname cuz F1Sissy doesnt fit it anymore lol

Jump n-that looks totally awesome! We rented a dune buggy in the dunes of Florence, OR, had an awesome time even though we ate some sand! What happened to the rzr?

05-that saw is mean! Too bad I don't have any trees to cut down!

Been having an issue with a vibration with my truck the last few weeks. Just spent some time to really narrow down the issue and I believe it feels like the limited slip is not being allowed to slip if that makes any sense. It only does it when turning and the link below is pretty much exactly what I feel. Has anyone here noticed this before? They mention adding a friction modifier, I assume I change the rear end fluid and add some of this friction modifier in the process?

Sounds like that is the problem you can try to do that, but another trick that I was told about was to go to a parking lot and turn figure eights to heat the clutch packs in the rear end up sometimes that will help smooth them out. Otherwise I think you will have to replace the clutch packs if you want to get rid of it completely.

When I had to do the wheel seals in my truck I put new gear lube in mine and it still has a tiny stutter but not much only when I turn hard right from a stop. I have done the figure eights and it does help it out one of these days I will quit being lazy and actually change them out.

And a side note I knew in that video that I had the saw rich but I put a tach on it this weekend and it was about 1,000 short of factory and close to 2,000 from where I can run it once I get it broke in. So not only will it cut better and stronger in the wood but it will get better fuel mileage
