He would know he screwed up, if he had bought mine

What in the GD hell happened to that thing? I do not suppose you could measure across the pulley and see if its the same as mine? If this thing is a 2lb pulley which is what it is looking like I guess I will just bite the bullet and cut my lossess.... I will order a brand new one so that there is not any confusion. Any one want to buy a 2lb with a cage
Just got off the soapbox in this thread ... The details are here

Measuring across the OUTSIDE - Not where the belt goes - it is 7 15/16 - I put a tape measure across the top surface in the picture above- To get an accurate measurement of thebelt surface I would need calipers or a fabric tape and do the PI math.
Another 2# ring I have is 8 and 3/16 so keep in mind a # rating varies from pulley to pulley and tuner to tuner..

You have a 2# pulley for the last time. I know because like Doug I go back to the introduction of these pulleys. They were never color coded in this design. If you measure 8 inches across the pulley then it is a 2#er. It should measure 8.5 inches to be a 4# pulley. You can measure the outside lip if you want to. It will put you in the ballpark to tell the difference. The general rule is a 1/2" larger for every extra 2#'s of boost. Go to my website to see the difference in them.
