How to ID a pulley

I have been seeing alot of pulleys for sale. I found a guy selling what he claims to be a 1st gen style (with out the 6 allen bolts) JDM 4lb lower pulley. What I want to know is how do I tell if it is really a 4lb pulley? is there a marking on it somewhere? I did not see any. How big is the pulley supposed to be? Anyone have any ideas???

TIA,

You can tell by the diameter of the pulley. Do a search, the correct size has been posted before...

Thanks fellas..... this helps me alot.... I am guessing that the pulley is measured from lip to lip across the center of the 14mm center bolt?

if you divide that 25" measurement by 3.1415 you still get a 2# pulley......7.9577 , I think you got scre*ed...JR
