How to tell if your tech is SVT "Certified"
How to tell if your tech is SVT "Certified"
So, after they get done with this new certification program, and we get more repair techs with a clue, I can anticipate this conversation:
"Yes sir, you say you have a 'clunk' sound coming from the front end whenever you turn your wheels to the stops? Oh yes, common problem, we know exactly what it is and we'll fix you right up."
"Oh, and how is your martini, sir? Dry enough for you?"
Or how about:
Yes, sir, you get a SVT Cobra to use as a loaner until we get your Lightning fixed. And yes, the gas is on us."
Or even:
"Chip and pulley installed? No problem!"
No more: "Gosh, you put a supercharger on this??????"
I'm sure you guys have more....
