Answering this 13 day old question on your bulletin
board would have soothed a lot of my concerns ... and
yes, I did try to call you several times also.

My intent, as Crazyone can vouch for, was to go to Bristol
and have you check out and maybe even drive the truck
to see what the problem might have been. But alas,
real life issues kept me from Bristol.

I have a question for you. Other than the problem with the
sticky throttle, what exactly did YOU personally do when I
was there for three days on my truck? From all the posts
from the other people that have been to Freehold, I fully
expected that you would be the "tuner" that took care of
me, but we know that didn't happen, don't we?

If it wasn't for your excellent staff, I wouldn't have the truck I
have today. (Thanks guys for all the hard work that day!)

I have never questioned your dedication to the Lightning
community, Jim ... Nor have I EVER complained about the parts
that I purchased from you. If you look back over my posts,
you will see more pro-JDM than anything else. So this next
bit kinda hit me as personal and "customer bashing" on your
part. Bottom line is, if JDM pays Doug for whatever, he is either
a vendor or an employee to JDM. Either way, I can see why
some people have a problem with that relationship in regards
to fairness as a moderator.

Attack? It wasn't an attack, just an observation. And the
fact that the "tunerites" come jumping to the defense and
post how anyone that meets you MUST think you are a nice
guy.

Well, they are right! You are a "nice" guy.

It's just that if anyone has a problems with your business,
everyone seems to take it as a personal attack on you.
If you cannot see and admit that there are still some
problems, we won't get very far.

You are not stocking all those pulleys parts and blowers out
of the goodness of your heart, my friend, you are trying to
make a living at business. As part of a management team in
a 5 billion dollar company, I was just trying to help you
understand one formula that could help you be successful.

It is sad that you lower yourself to name calling to justify what
YOU perceived as an injustice. From this end, the lack of
responsiveness is very different when you don't live in New
Jersey or someplace very close to JDM.

Again, just my experience, but I have seen others post
with the same kind of problems.

That sir, is a bold faced lie. If one cannot tell the difference
between FACT and FICTION, there is no hope of resolution.
If you want me to re-post my response to all this kind of
crap from you own board, I can ... But maybe you should go
read it again ... It's under the "weather" chip thread over there.

Jim, I think the difference between claiming to be an ex-Ford
employee "When I worked for Ford" and being a vendor "I have
done work for Ford" is what is sticking in some peoples craw.
But that's just my opinion of what I heard you talk about when I
was in N.J. Semantics, to be sure, but easily corrected. You could
say "I was never a Ford employee" or "I was an employee of
Ford" and put this nasty rumor to bed permanently if you wanted
to ... Either way, only one of those statements can be true.


Here's another free idea ... have your daughter or grandmother
keep their eye out for old questions on your own board. That
should free up everyone to do what you are doing best. Building
hot lightning parts.

I will close with that fact that I just wanted to know what
options I had with the chip. No drama ... but I still don't have
the information I need to make an intelligent decision on my
next steps with my Lightning. That, sir, from a paying customers
viewpoint is as you say "just ain't right".

Who the F**K cares, SVT KY needs to grow up. It's a free country if your not happy with the service you get from JDM then go somewhere else...noone is forcing you to go there and your obviously not haqppy so why act like a child and cry to your mommy that the big bad JDM took advantage of you?

It's time to grow up brother...grab ahold of yourself and call another tuner next time rather than coming here and letting the whole world know what a crybaby you really are.

I've been lurking for the last couple weeks, (just bought a silver L 01 2 days ago) and I already know that if I have to order something from pretty much any of these tuners its going to take a good while to get here and I understand that. Neither mine nor your 500 dollar sale is going to make or break any of these companies thats something you need to understand this is the equivalent of an old woman walking into a grocery store and bitching the produce manager out over the intercom because their shipment of guatamalan grapefruits hasn't arrived yet.

So, KY, all you're really saying, is that you're ungreatful? Jim didn't go all out to suck you off, after he helped you out, and you now have a personal vendetta against him.

Have you ever stopped to think, that, MAYBE, he had something else he had to do? I'm sure that he wasn't just sitting on his A$$, and told you that he wouldn't help you.

He!! - I don't know Jim. Don't have any JDM parts, aside from the boost bypass. But, you know what? They've done alot for the Lightning community.

And, I'll be the one to flat-out say it. I think we all assume that JJ started this crap. No other tuner starts crap like this - That I have seen. Moderators can ban me if they want, but that's my opinion. JJ may have every reason to hate Jim - fact is, none of us know what REALLY went on there, aside from Jim and JJ, and it's none of our business. Relationships are made and broken in business every day. However, JJ had to make it abundantly clear to us, that it's because 'Jim is such an a$$h@le'.

I know I'm just repeating what everyone knows, but I wanted to be the one who was bold enough to say it.

JJ - Why don't you and your crew back off, (whether or not this was done by your word), and deal with it. You're selling Johnny's parts now, which are great. Let it be, and stop trying to bury Jim - All you're doing is giving him free publicity!

Everyone is going to buy parts from someone they trust - and, who do you trust in an election? The one who puts his cards on the table? Or the one who resorts to slander, because he hasn't done enough GOOD in his life for anyone to give a crap?
