Phillip - not to answer in place of KY, but I also have a 2002. They haven't released the certificates of authenticity yet, but you can get your build number from 1-800-FORD-SVT.

Who the F**K cares, SVT KY needs to grow up. It's a free country if your not happy with the service you get from JDM then go somewhere else...noone is forcing you to go there and your obviously not haqppy so why act like a child and cry to your mommy that the big bad JDM took advantage of you?



Ok so he buys his parts(4000$ worth) should he not expect the decency of a response to a question in 15+ days??? Its about 'support for previously purchased parts' It seems like hsi point is that his parts were 'clerked' out with possible incorrect statements, and he is looking for simple answers to explain them. Jim obviously doens't mind making an *** of himself in public, but no way no how would I EVER resort to calling my customers names, even if i hated them. So anyways is it too much to expect an answer to a pretty simple question after you have someones 4k$?? Just my 2 cents..

Your missing the point HE HAS THE PARTS there aint no rebuying the parts just cus you were unhappy with teh service. I can assure you after jims last comments I personally would never do any business with JDM, and would recommend NOT to use him. Thats just me though. Just seeing what he does to other customers (one of friend of mine and many others just common board people) i would never give him my first penny of business. Nor would i race in any of his races. There are many other tuners supporting differance classes I can race in that seem more professional than some thug from NJ with a chip on his shoulder.


I've been lurking for the last couple weeks, (just bought a silver L 01 2 days ago) and I already know that if I have to order something from pretty much any of these tuners its going to take a good while to get here and I understand that. Neither mine nor your 500 dollar sale is going to make or break any of these companies thats something you need to understand this is the equivalent of an old woman walking into a grocery store and bitching the produce manager out over the intercom because their shipment of guatamalan grapefruits hasn't arrived yet.

Again your missing the point, he drove 12 hours up there for promised things he never recieved. His sales staff built him up to expect one thing and he recieved quite another. 15+ days to answer one question about a product previously purchased is not too difficult to do. i have 3 jobs, and find time to answer posts and emails daily, and work from 7am till 9pm, prolly longer than most of these tuners.


Sooooo maybe you outta read some of whats going on to understand the situation before you post. Otherwise just get on teh bandwagon and get your free post.

I cant respond to your accusations on F150, but what I can do is say this to you here.

You are straight out wrong. It is not me and I have no axe to grind with JDM other than the one that he keeps putting in my back everychance he gets.( I still have people calling me and emailing me telling me what lies have been said about me), and this is after our initial separation when I didnt say anything negative about JDM, but I can take only so much before I retort, but I wont do that anywhere else but here.

I dont know who started all that stuff on F150 but I do know that there are many many people that have seen the light so to speak and know exactly the way things work.

I have said this before and I will say it again. If Jim@JDM could take all the negative posts and threads and learn by them, he would better his buisness 10 fold.

I have found that telling the truth, even if it keeps me from making a sale, is the right and responsible way to go.

If someone could either tell blk banshee about this or copy and paste it to the thread on F150, I would be grateful.. thanks..

Everyone is going to buy parts from someone they trust - and, who do you trust in an election? The one who puts his cards on the table? Or the one who resorts to slander, because he hasn't done enough GOOD in his life for anyone to give a crap?

or better yet, create a war/flame board. put a disclaimer and warning on it that any and all who enter are fair game. when bullshlt like this starts, just relocate it to the war/flame board. The reality is that noone will read it or care. Those that venture into the board for entertainment can do so at their own risk. Otherwise it just gets ignored. in fact, you can go back, find all the flame posts and move them so they don't choke the search engine! Maybe even a closed thread forum... close em and move them to that area -- again to keep this board on track...
