DL,

One question. Correct me if I'm wrong. Do you plan to construct them to Dale's design?

This is kinda' off topic, well not really, but what are the proper figures for our alignment??? I have the >cough< herb washers and have to my alignment fixed 3 times? The first 2 by Ford, the last by an alignment shop. Well just yesterday while washing and detailing I noticed the damn inside of my left front tire is cupping! Goddamnit! So if someone could PLEASE post the specs I'd be very greatful. Freakin alignment cost me 5 tires so far...Oh and the dealerships I took my truck to denied there was a TSB on the "clunk",I paid for everything out of pocket.

Why does everyone want to "duplicate" what others have already done and sell it for less? Why not improve on an existing idea or re-invent the particular part, making it better and of higher quality and then you can say you did something original.

I have personally installed several sets of "herb" washers and they are top quality and fit perfectly everytime. I for one will not buy them from anyone else, no matter what the price. (its called loyalty to someone that I respect) and that is alot harder to earn when you just rip off someones parts and sell them for less.

good luck

I agree 100%.

Wink Hale...to the new clunck washer king

DL
There won't be a price war an clunck washers (this is to funny).
Everything will stay as it is.

For all that haven't heard.....the washers have been sold at a 20% discount on another truck board for a while now. The only problem is you have to be a member to get the 10.00 discount.
And since membership costs 30.00 and would severely cut into the brewski money.....I guess thats outa the question

Who wants to join the NLOC anymore, you can post on it for free and F-150 online, etc. Personally, since Sal sold the rights to NLOC, it's not the same over there. You think fighting on this board is bad. I've seen new guys post over there and get ate up, that makes a new person want to join the club.

Storm_Shadow, TSB # 00-25-08 is the correct number.

Hope everyone has a great Holiday weekend.

I think this one has run its course...

Neither DL, Herb nor Dale are supporting vendors so we should likely stop enabling the discussion of thier products...
CLOSED
Doug

PS - NLOC is the ONLY National Lightning organization. They are doing an important job promoting our Trucks.
Seems ironic that so many people bitch about joining when it costs the same as a tank of gas...
