I know you wiped the cob webs off your truck, but did you put your hood on yet?
I was going to go with a flat black scoop for the 60s look but still not sure.May go red scoop for that mono look.So many choices its like being at a diner.
Thanks

Yes it has been on for a while I just haven't got a pic yet. I will post some soon. I think that on any other color besides black, the flat black shaker is the best way to go

Well, I need details. Hows the fit, quality? Did you notice any gains(even small).?
Does the scoop move when you hit the throttle?
Overall evaluation?

Thanks

Vinnie, mine matches the paint of the rest of the truck (black). I think the original shakers were flat black though. I really like mine...the body shop guy said it's the best aftermarket hood he has ever seen (quality). I've got a few pictures, but I don't know how you guys post this stuff on-line so I could e-mail 'em if you'd like.

I was not trying to step on anyones feet.....I had just never saw any before on the boardsthat were gloss black on gloss black.

But to answer your questions Vinnie, yes the fit and finish is top notch. Proglass does some great work. The seams are equal and the height is too. Everything centers great on mine. The shaker does shake when you get on the throttle. Just make sure you don't install it too tight to the bottom of the hood or it will be stuck and be unable to move. I did not notice any gains, but who knows. Overall I am happy with it except when it is mod time again becuse you have to take it all off But other than that I have no cmplaints. Oh and get ready for a ***** load of looks and compliments.

Give JDM a call.I got mine on a group buy for $675 shipping included. I had it shipped right to the body shop.See if JDM has anymore at that price. What color is your truck? So far only seen pictures on black trucks.
