How Much ET Reduction Should I Expect From A 3-4# Lower Pulley?

I was thinking about purchasing a 3-4# lower pulley and was wondering what kind of ET reduction should I expect to see from this mod?

They are both excellent pullies. I really didn't feel a diff. changing from the 3 to the 4# pulley...but a big seat of the pants diff. from the 3# change from stock !

Go get that pully, then their headers.

Then go find that Viper friend of yours and race him for that 1/2 mile he wanted to race. Isn't that what happened?
