Why not drive it hard into a curb, at an angle. If you hit it hard enough the wheel should come off.

 

I find Prima Cord works good (a cord full of c3 powder used to detionate Perforating guns in the oilfield and blowing up beaver dams). Just wrap it around the wheel nuts that are affected, attach a blasting cap, get 12 V Dc ready, hide behind a house touch terminals and PRESTO the wheel is off and in the Kitchen on the stove.
