2003 5.4 lightning motor in 1956 ford f100

I am starting a 1956 ford f100 project and have purchased a 5.4 sc lightning motor with 4R100 transmission. The truck has a Volare front end now. I have the wiring, exhaust, fuel lines and ECM complete from donor truck. Is there a company known that can help with conversion and what items can be stripped ? Any help is appreciated.

Why not modify the '56 F'r to fit on the Lightning frame like someone I know has been working on for over two years now

It's a 2003 5.4 lightning with the supercharger. I thought about graphting in the front frame but I haven't measured the width.

Using the entire Lightning frame and and drivetrain is possible, however you better be ready for a LOT of modifications and fabrications.

I'm not sure what "look" your going for with the build but if you're into traditionally styled trucks/hotrods/customs you can probably find tons of info by joining the H.A.M.B. over at www.jalopyjournal.com TAKE NOTE: make sure to introduce yourself, use the search button and read EVERYTHING before posting repetetive questions and be courteous. That forum demands respect. . .its also the #1 source of pre 1962 auto information in the country!!!

I've got the frame excluding the front suspension with the frame being cut just behind the transmission shaft. I have the complete wiring harness from the truck, exhaust and fuel lines also.

I was going to use the Dakota Digital Gauges and I have the complete wiring harness. Ron Francis told me they could build a engine and trans. harness but I'm open the suggestions with anyone else. This engine is from California and my big question is what items can I striff off the motor without having computer problems.
