Before you trash talk the moderator go back and reread the closed threads. Especially the last post.

PS Ceramabryte works great on new tips - Older ones need more agressive attention. Plus I used the texas sun to my advantage in that photo

I didn't see any trask talk, just reality.

This is the exact reason why this board is becoming less and less interesting.

Ya, I know your response 'if you don't like it then.....".

Keep this up and another board is going to replace this one.

Eric

If you actually read the threads carefully you would see that I DIDNT close any TT Threads.

The threads were closed by the Webmaster - Steve.

As I have posted a number of times. I am open to any suggestions, send me an email.

If you think you can do a better job of running a web site and moderating a forum I would recommend you do... Or perhaps hang around more than a couple weeks before you condemn the direction the board is taking.

Saw a 68 Camaro Convertible in great shape all original at a show yesterday... But the color was awful and was afraid to ask how much the guy was selling for...... Some day I will get a chance to buy one of my dream cars from the past... Even though my truck is better handling better and accelerating than any of the 60's-70's cars i used to lust after....

i have news for you guys. i had most of the high performance cars in the sixties. i had a 67 coronet with a hemi, then a 68 gtx 440, then a 70 roadrunner with a 440 six pack. then on to a 70 vette, with a 454, 390 horse. then a 58 vette, and a 64 vette, with air. i can tell you guys that none of those cars were all that great. yes they are nice to look at , and yes they were fast, but none of them , handled, rode or just plain felt anywhere near as good as the lightning does. the lightning stops better, most of the cars back then just had drum brakes. the lightning handles way better, most of them were just good in a straight line. finally the car is way better made, no rattles and it doesnt nickle and dime you to death like the old cars used to do. when i see them selling for such ridiculous prices today i just laugh.
