Someone PM me the shop name. I am looking for a New England shop to drop my Screw in the spring. I want to freshen up my 110K mile daily driver. I think some bags and some ***** (supercharger) are in order. Some paint later.

 

I count a total of seven positive responses, some of which were directed only to the drop, and others directed only to the wheels, and at least one who retreated after seeing what an *sshat Missing "S" turned out to be.

If anyone but Missing "S" is offended by my statement, I apologize. I stand by it 100%, but I apologize. Anyone who thinks that Missing "S"'s truck looks good needs a taste transplant, stat. And anyone who can look at his undersized white brakes behind chrome wheels and not taste vomit is definitely not an "enthusiast."

Yeah Tim, you've pointed out how tasteless you thought my bag job is going to be (maybe some other things), but I didn't care and we gave each other a because I didn't B.S about stupid stuff. We all have different opinions on what we like and don't like on these boards. Back to the douche bags statement about haters and bullshiater's or whatever, that holds somewhat true. Even though we all have different ideas on what does look good the only ones that prevail are the honest guys who truly want to help the rest of the L community, regardless on what mods. The ones who dissipate are the peeps who fable about hours and who did the work. Its not like you were the first guy do to a slam on an L. There are three people in my small town with 22's and slams on Lightnings with one being completely built. Why make a story up? Most of us have done suspension mods including a few of us with 4/6 drops and air bags. Its not like were morons, we all know what entails a job like this. Some of the fellas attempted to let you know you may have gotten had. Then, you aggressively point out that they were wrong and it did take that long. It does not add up. What information is not being told? Seriously, try and salvage what dignity is left and just spill out the truth, I promise it will be alot better than the way its going as of right now.

Exactly. I express mine fairly freely, but don't criticize every little thing that I don't like, and usually don't personally attack someone for no reason. For instance, I do not like literally 99% of the wheels in the world. But normally I wouldn't say anything.

I jumped on Missing "S" because (1) he's a tool, (2) he's a moron, and (3) most importantly, I don't believe that he's honest.

As to who contributes and who doesn't, I feel pretty damn confident that I'm all paid up in the contribution department.

But I agree with 04LIGHTING (Missing "S" II?) that this thread has run its course. Missing "S" has apparently fled the jurisdiction (thank God), and the thread was pretty vacuous to begin with.

 

Someone already had SVTLightning, so I just removed the N Timothy. Not a big deal to most, except people like you with nothing else better to do with your life.

 

can you give us a reason why you have let this thread go on and on and you respond to stupid comments people make but you have not posted anything technical about the drop. That is all we care about, well at least me. I want to go lower but I try and do everything myself so i am looking for some ideas. What is the reason you will not post up the info requested but you spend the time to defend you lightning badges. If you don't know just tell us, there is nothing wrong with that and we will leave you alone. Alot of us wrench ourselves, if you are the type that just pays someone to do it for you and as long as it feels good you could care less about what was done, there is nothing wrong with that either, i will be that guy once i hit the mega millions.
