we just want to know details on your drop, which you still havent given! There have been plenty of comments that the stance was looking nice, but what do you expect when you say it took 38 hours to lower the truck, everything was custom done, then dont give any info on exactly what was done

New record for inconsistencies in a single thread?

Just discovered this post, where Missing "N" says that his rotors are Rotorpros.

Like you said earlier Tim, maybe..."GhettoLightning." I don't like the look of it et.al. Maybe a case of more dollars than cents. Oh, sorry Tim, sense. Tim is the Prez.
Felt left out, just had to post in this infamous thread.

You must have stayed at a "Holiday Inn Express" .... to be able to negotiate a deal like that.
Sometimes you gotta throw that small cash around to bling bling non performance wheels.... keep it real.

BTW: Im not haten but A Cadillac with blue neons in your Lightning Forum sig ? FWIW Its very irrelevant in a Lightning Forum.

Your truck looks good, we just dont understand if you got "taken" or if you were trying to sound like you have a "custom" now by added the 38 hour part.
Maybe everyone needs to take a step back and do the math. He saidd he paid $1600.00 for the work which seems more than reasonable. I couldn't care less how long a place takes (as long as it's done in a reasonable time) it's the price I pay is what concerns me and $1600.00 seems more than reasonable. Would it make you all feel better if he said it took them 16 hours and charged him $100.00 an hour (not all that unusual for custom work) or 20 hours at $80.00 an hour? $40.00 an hour is way below the typical rate for stock work let alone custom work.

YOU are missing the point here....

WHAT is so "custom" about installing a DROP KIT????? (we still will never know i guess either...)

We had to fab brackets and one off stuff for my AIR SUSPENSION, a drop kit however comes in a box.

Ok, $1600 to install a drop kit?

JUST _ LET _ IT _ DIE _ ALREADY!!!!!!!!!!
