It seems like he doesnt know so everyone just leave it. If he knew, he would have said something a long time ago instead of just showing us hoods and other stuff. It seems like they stuck it too you man. Im getting my 4 link done, nothces, and tubular bridge all custom welded and built and they are estimating a time frame similar (actually less!) than the 38 hours it took them to just static drop yours. Vasoline anyone

yeah we're not bashing, just trying tofind out more info. if they gave you a whole line on all this custom stuff was done, you should know what it was, or find out and call them on it if they didnt do it. we're just trying to help. truck does look mean as hell!!

i understand pulling the bed to do hangers, but idont understand what hey had to pull the CAB for. just digging for info

and i know this one will be asking a lot, but where did you measure the 4" at. it may not be cervinis brand, but it sure looks like a carbon copy of it. i've got a harwood cowl hood that is advertised 3", but looks a lot bigger from the pics, and is bigger than a cervinis. if your's really is bigger, i wanna upgrade to it! lol already been through 3 hoods, i'd swap to another if it were a bigger cowl! lemme know where you took your measurement, or snap a pic of the tape measure up there so i can go measure mine at the same spot to find out if that pic is just decieving or what. i gotta get the biggest

none of us asked how much you paid. we want to know what is done, no one is hating here. it is not like you have 26 inch rims and a rice wing on it, your truck is done right. i think everyone has made that clear. people come here for info. i did 100% of the research for my drop on here and learned how to from pics and info that other people posted. chill

I got a better deal on the giovannis becuase I also purchased brand new 26 inch deep dish's for my escalade. The gave me a deal becuase I purchased 2 sets. I got them all for under 16,000 w/tires mounted balanced locks/lugs.

yeah definately taking it the wrong way there bro. when we said "we're not bashing" we meant it as exactly that! The truck looks sick! and what you paid is irrelevent, its not what any of us were asking. We dont want to see an invoice or reciept, we were just wondering all the work that was done to account for the hours. just watching your back for ya! when a shop tells you they did all this custom stuff, 38 horus work, removed the cab, etc. one has to ask for some details, especially those of us who have done all their own work on their trucks, it raises an eyebrow. we're just looking out for your best interest. if i took my truck into a shop for some work, post up about the info, and guys are telling me i may want to check into it, or ask for more details, i'd be grateful for them looking out for me making sure i didnt get railed, and not take it as a bash, especially when everybody's saying the truck looks great.

and as for the hood i honestly want to know. the pics look like a cervinis. i know there's a company out there doing carbon copys of it without the cervinis imprint on the bottom, so thats why i was curious where you measured it. the white may be throwing me off because mine came in black gelcoat and is now painted black, but mine's only 3" and looks bigger. if its just the pics decieving me, and your's is a full inch bigger, i definately want some more info on it. i LOVE big **** cowl hoods!

i mean is it just me, or does the white hood not look like a full inch bigger than the black one? honest opinion here! Thats what these boards are about...inquiring minds want to know more info!

(pics in next post, stupid 5 pic rule)

wow i forgot how retarded this site is with limiting the # of pics & smilies. at least they raised it from 3 to 4 since i left lol no wonder i've go so many posts here!

Bottom:

i'm not just seeing crooked am i? colors can play tricks with visuals, which is why i was simply asking where the measurement was taken

The black one has some sort of screen that the white one doesn't, too.
