Wow 12 pages of reading and no final answer yet...

I'm willing to bet it was the converter inducer on the crankshaft that caused two rods to bend... Stan

Well the mechanic was is pretty busy. Just got to tearing it down last Wednesday. I do kind of have a final answer, but still awaiting confirmation... and no not even close.. whatever you said.. lol

I'll go with uh... you just -had- to put in that Vanilla Ice CD in, which cause the truck to shudder.
