How to fix intercooler leak?

Well I realized why my truck was running like s@#$ and I discovered an intercooler leak by spraying carb cleaner on the front seem of the intercooler and intake manifold.

I searched the forums and couldnt find my answer but how do I fix the leak? Is it simply remove everything then change the gasket? I've had the IC off before for cleaning purposes so it shouldn't be too painful. Thanks for all the help.

what year is your truck..
If it's 99-00, you'll need the "kit".
Or contact JLP and he has a cheap fix that works.

My truck is a 2001.

I'm still confused about how to fix it. I-Menace I think what you and I are describing are diffrent things. Your I/C seems it was leaking coolant while I believe mine isn't sealing properly against the intake manifold therefore causing a vacuum leak and the truck to run like poo.

I sat in the truck with it in drive, my foot on the brake, and my rpms up around 1800 with a friend spraying Carb Cleaner at the seem of the I/C and intake manifold which made the truck run almost normal durring the spraying.

Is there a gasket I must buy to fix this. Anyone have a part #?
