LOL.....NC is known for pouring a vinegar concoction over pulled pork and calling it BBQ. In Texas, we called that cooked pork with BBQ sauce.

I was just poking a stick at the guy that said he liked NC BBQ.

jesus, when are you guys gonna learn-kansas city is in MISSOURI! and hell yeah, we have the best bbq. the american royal is this weekend with over four acres of the worlds best bbq being judged on saturday! i know i'll be there!

I havent had NC or KC BBQ, but are you guys sure that it's better than Memphis? That is some real good stuff right there. Anyone else think so?... Stan

I used the age thing being 46 years old my self and owning a 2000L, truck building, tech service, and Lightning business owner.

Your right age in most cases makes no diffrence! However, I have seen alot of newbies come on the boards and bash senior members.

As this person responded to my post earlier I will research his name on the other boards that I am affiliated with.
