What the F#@K did I start here.. I was only making a statement.. Like I said earlier, the best part of L-Fest is meeting people from the boards. You know the ones that you exchange information with, buy parts from and with-in 4 years and never even met them. The good people that are there to lend advise and save you $ in the long run. Yea !! the trip out there and back is costly and boreing but the 2 1/2 days out there were an experience and memories were made..
About that statement Girls out there dancing DO have teeth, I beg to differ, went to club LEGS and had a great time and the girls, the were hot. I drove in town and the funny thing is , I didn't see any girls or guys for that matter with a worn out outline from a can skoll in their BIB overhauls. No they weren't chewing on a peice of wheat. Or talked funny either.. It was very surprising how East Coast Normal these people were

sorry i lost yea if 120 pepole paid but only 70 showed up,,,comon sense says only 70 will pay and 40 will show next year. i didnt relise that attendance was up this and every year,,,my apoligies

 

More than 120 trucks showed this year (not all paid or registered). L fest gets bigger each year...why are you few complaining????

Each year the event is better and bigger and is always fun. I hope you nay sayers come out and see instead of pissing and moaning!!

Its a LIGHTNING EVENT!!!........Not A Dodge.............Not a Chevy.........But a LIGHTNING specific event!!.............SO WHY ARE YOU PUTTING IT DOWN AND TRYING TO STOP IT???????????.......I dont understand the logic or reasoning behind all of you people that have nothing good to say or are just picking at Dwight and Nan??? They spend more to promote Lightnings than any of you have or ever will.

I personally have lost a lot of respect for all of the members here that have cried about L fest and put it down. I hope that maybe you open your eyes, attend ,have a good time and rethink your outlook about lightning events! .....even if they arent in you backyard...though I dont think thats the real issue for most.

Ok my .02 cents...

I dont see KS being a bad spot, very centrally located. Is it hard for me to attend, yes; Im one of those unliked young and immature L owners, (worker, college student etc.) that seem to be taking over per others views. I wish I could attend, in fact I wish I could attend no matter the location. Unfortunately I am unable with what little extra funds I have. My money goes into my L, so I farely get to race it. As far as the crybabies that posted in this thread, and people think I'm immature; bahahaha thought wrong...

Now for my main point, all you guys that either whined that no quick Gen2's were there, all the beggers for the east coast guys to show up, and for you east coast guys too... I think you need to take a real hard look at some of the west coast L's... I think there are more and more quick Gen2s coming about every month here in Cali and on the west coast, not to mention the quickest boost only Gen2 NO MATTER WHAT THE BIASED FORD PERFORMANCE TRUCK MAGAZINE STATES, they lie. Unfortunately most of the quick Gen2's, in Cali anyway, were unable to attend for different reasons, but we made a decent showing at a a DODGE track event and held the L name high while we claimed the quickest three truck times there. So we are still proud and still keep the name in good standings...
