Two #s more pulley, LFP intercooler res. packed with ice,Aero grill covers, lowered the truck 1.5", dropped the swaybars and the spare. Had been dropping some weight from the truck here and there as well.
I know there is a lot more in it as no tuning changes have been made. This tune is fat and with conservative timing rates. My 60' was only 1.676 and I have gone 1.61 previously. I firmly believe a 10 sec. run is in this combo, but will probably never find out. Big changes are coming soon and conditions won't be this good again until Fall.

This is good info for Rob as we are very close in mods. The grill covers are nice pieces made by SVTED. Full grill cover and perimeter block offs for the lower as well. Also yes both sway bars are gone.

The patriots who started the American Revolution "broke the law."
Conscientious objectors to war "break the law" when they refuse to serve in the military.
Members of the Underground Railroad "broke the law" when they helped free slaves.
In many states, people "break the law" when they engage in oral sex.
And each of us "breaks the law" when we drive over the speed limit, or take a questionable deduction from our taxes, or smuggle a lighter onto a plane, or modify the exhaust system on our trucks, or cross an intersection when the pedetrian light is flashing red.

In each case, the offense is not morally wrong and the offender is willing to pay the price for his crimes, either because the offense is trivial or because there is a greater moral good to be accomplished.

If you cannot make the distinction between these "crimes" and malum in se crimes, then your thinking on "the law" is primitive.

In my case, I refuse to accept that the government has any right to tell me what drugs I can take, what materials I can read, or what body parts I can put my mouth on. There is nothing in our constitution that gives either the state or federal government that power, and even if there were such a provision, it would be wrong.

BTW, without attorneys willing to challenge existing laws as being stupid, wrong, or hypocritical, most of the changes in the law would never happen.

Just say it another words anything to justify your choice. Way to go on hiding behind your bureaucratic attorney lingo

Jim the diff is amazing with the changes you made, awesome results Pal
It's hard to believe all that extra MPH came from those changes, but the ET is the proof and I am extremely happy to see it since thats what I'm after.

But unfortunately I'm not going to go that route, I mean dont get me wrong someday I'll try ever trick in the book IF I get close enough to a number and need it, but my truck is a street truck, it's where it spends 99.9% of it's time and I prefer to race it the way I drive it (other than Slicks and Fuel)
Hence the reason I'm sooooo dissapointed in my results, ET can be improved it's the MPH that proves I simply dont have the power in my race tune.
(TG Jim has now confirmed that so it's just a matter of getting my real tune)
I gutted at least 200lbs "more than normal race set up", and prob wont be ever doing that again so I actually need to pick up "A LOT MORE".
The big question is ??? Is a 112 cu in SC going to be able to give me consistant low 11's on a tune Jim's willing to give me, (without gutting or removing everything on the truck) Thats a tall order and YOU Jim have been the most important person for me to watch to answer that question.
(since me and you both have the newest and best JDM has besides the Alum)
SO DO ME A FAVOR take off today and go run it again at full weight and with the bars (ok you can block the grills) and show me the money

(can you e-mail me a pic of the block off's and a link where to buy them)

As you said the oppurtunity's are pretty much gone for a good 4-6 months now, so I'll put the Nitrous tanks back in when I get some time, (those and the bed mat were not there when I ran), together they add 80lbs, plus taking the seat out is a pita so that 75lbs or so is staying in for now on in (unless it's a "special day" ; o ) But I will of course continue to remove the 30lbs in tools and parts I carry in my storage bins, the spare, jack, tail gate, and will prob use skinnys for now on it all the time. Thats 150lbs I would imagine right there ? And I would like to try the grill block offs. AMOF I'm going to try and get these 30" slicks on rims if I can afford too and just run me current 28x10 Hoosiers and the skinnys 24/7 on the street. I use to drive on them to the track all the time when we had a track in NY, never had an issue before, I think it would make for some FUN FUN FUN on the street (I dont use it in the rain anyway)

GREAT RESULTS BRO, and your giving "US" some AWESOME info here (BIG Thumbs Up)

Great response. Nicely composed and reasoned.

My "bureaucratic attorney lingo" must have gone over your head. Stick to the coloring books and pretty pictures.

And don't speed, or modify your exhaust, or tint your windows, or spit on the sidewalks, or break any other laws -- or else you will be a f*cking hypocrite.

Decoding "bureaucratic attorney lingo":

hyp·o·crite n. A person given to hypocrisy.

hy·poc·ri·sy n. 1. The practice of professing beliefs, feelings, or virtues that one does not hold or possess; falseness. 2. An act or instance of such falseness.
