The few true friends I have (dam they're shrinking by the second) do know that right now is prob the worst time in my entire life for me to be venting. There are some "real things" (bad things) happening in my life with people I Love (my family) that are far more important than my truck ever will be, (screw the truck). As a result the stress level in my life is truly more than I can take right now, WOW am I on edge, and with things very much up in the air re: my Mothers health (surgery next Tuesday) I truly dont know where it goes from here ???

But I cant deny the fact I'm a frigging loss cannon right now "expolding and throwing up on anyone and everyone", amof I did on my sons principle and almost got him throw out of school, the X (who gives a rats *** bout her anyway), cursed out a schitt load of people at work, and continue to take my fustrations out on people that dont deserve it, Jim, JDM, AND YOU ALL INCLUDED. I am def out of control right now and need to calm the @&$* down before I lose my job, the few friends I have left, and god knows what or who else.

With that said and even though Jim just officically cut his ties with me, he still just called me and offered any help he can with the family issue I'm dealing with. It takes a better man than I'll ever be to do that and he was truly sincere in offering his help to me and my family, and I Thank him and the entire JDM family from the bottom of my heart for it.

I also finally got to hear the truth from him and as usual it was totally differant than the info I've been hearing through the grape vine.

As far as the truck problem, these words should go a long way. Remember it is not easy to get a 5000lb truck to run mid 11s or faster, yet still be completely streetable. I am going to Cecil tomorrow night to try one last time this spring for a new best. After that I will have it back to JDM for a bit more work. Hopefully we can chase the 10s together! I am betting Jim will work with you after a good face to face.

Jim by June I may be able to sneak out one weekend and would love to meet and drive to a track together. I'll have all the new brake upgrades done by then, and hopefully a set of 30" slicks. I hope things work out for you. You're just going through a rough patch when several things are not going right in your life. It's times like these that make every problem seem much larger than it really is. Emotions come into play and in your case there is the keyboard waiting to be hammered on.

Good luck to you. I'm sure you and Jim will work it out.

Be patient and you'll slip right into the 10's. It's probably not just the tune alone but several factors slowing you down. Don't pin everything on one time at the track. It it gets too warm you might have to wait for the fall. The big picture here is you have a really fast and reliable daily driver.

Now go get you a good dose of a 100 mph and everything will be good.
