Lost a Motor on the Dyno!!

bushes and that he was going to blow her up along with the house. So, she
went outside and, lo and behold, she saw the bomb.
If you or I were told there was a bomb outside our home, we'd get the police
ON THE TELEPHONE from some other location (we wouldn't have even gone to
look for it either). But if you're a bonehead you load your three children
into the pickup truck, along with the bomb, and start DRIVING AROUND WITH
THE BOMB looking for the police to give it to.
Fortunately, she located the police before the bomb went off.
And what say the police? The sergeant emphasized that anyone who finds a
bomb should get away from it and call law enforcement. Amazing that some
people need to be told to get away from a bomb.

It's a d&mn shame! In way it would have been fun to have a life like that when I was young but I'm glad I've arrived at that level by other means.
I am just thinking someone in Phoenix would know this kid and he hasn't answered what shop did his dynoing... There aren't many Lightning owners that modify in NC that I haven't met or talked with, that is all I am saying... I would think someone from Phoenix would know him...

You know... I have this ringing in my ears? Hum.... kinda like someone named Rich said something like...
"LOL... Well... us being wrong and all... Please tell us how your going to push a STOCK BLOCK motor with a KB to 16psi. **AND** have a most effective torque curve in the 3500ish to 5200ish rpm range?
If I did'nt know better I'd say your trying to apply common NA torque curves to this 5.4L S/C application?"
Hum..... I guess instead of heeding advise. He decided to push it to "19psi" instead!
None of us wish him any bad in life. Mr Koop, sometimes in life you should listen to what experienced people have to say. God gave us one mouth and two ears. There's a message there buddy.

Don't forget the importance of proper fuel. I don't suppose Mr Koop was trying to do this on pump gas? Hum...

Pony where do you have your dyno done at? Had mine done at True Blue. I remember talking to you at the Hooters meet recently and you said their
dyno was usually a little low. Any more meets coming up soon?
