But, I do have to say, I doubt the Whipple will produce much more hp compared to the KB at the same boost. That's my opinion.

Steve
Where is yours at?

I wish Whipple would read this and realize that they should have never committed on something they that couldn't deliver on that's all. That is bad business. And, do you own a business? If you did, would that be good practice.......

Only two more weeks.....

Apparently, people are very touchy about me mentioning that. And, how can you say I can't get one. Of course, I could........if of my own free will that I wanted one, I would get it...so screw the wait and time to get a KB which is proven on these trucks. If the Whipple makes more power on these trucks and is more efficient, than so be it...but d@mn how long of a wait. The Generation III Lightnings will be out by then.

You do know that KB is on backorder AGAIN for the thousandth time. So unless you can find one at a dealer they're a few weeks (or months) out also.

We are just weary and bored of the childishness that many are displaying over the wait.

Whipple has not taken anyone's money. They are delivering products every day. They just can't get blowers from Sweden. And Art Whipple can't sh*t them out.

So take some Midol and relax.

Tim, I just like stirring the pot....not smoking it. It just kills me how many people are defending a business in which they have yet to deliver a product for whatever the reason is. All I said is screw the wait and moved on. I never said anything bad about their products, just their practices, and that seems to bother people. It is just an opinion as you guys are entitled to yours. And, Tim I know that I could argue with you on this for years on end.-lol...

It is obvious that you have little experience with the aftermarket, wither it be KB, Whipple or any other company that designs, builds or creates parts, sometimes you have to wait, and wait, and wait some more until it is ready. I waited months for a set of heads, and they were coming from Ford.

If the wait bothers you so, I recommend selling your truck (or never changing anything) and picking yourself a nice commuter car, so you won’t have to stress over it anymore.

Grow up.

Yes, but reading endless bitchin like yours over and over and over gets really old. You've said your piece MANY posts ago, now go on. If you continue to post up your idiotic posts about "Whipple, bad business, blah, blah, blah" then your just solidifying my thoughts of you as an attention ***** that bitches too much.

I waited on the Whipple too. I was hesitant about the KB because of bearing failure stories. I finally threw in the towel and bought a KB a couple of months ago. There was no ill will toward Whipple but I got tired of waiting. The KB has been great so far.

With all that being said the polished Whipple looks great. It's all good and I'm sure the people that waited on the Whipple won't be disappointed.

What difference does it make which blower you're running as long as you get where you want to be.

Evidently you are bothered by my post as is Aryton. Do you guys work for Whipple or something? If I am the attention *****, than you must be waiting in line on your knees for Whipple. Yes, I said screw Whipple and evidently it sparked remarks from people who were offended by it. Yes, you are entitled to your opinion, but you misinterpreted what I said in the first place. I was not knocking their product, just their customer relations of telling people just two more weeks. That is bad business. My opinion. If you think that is great business in a aftermarket world, so be it. I keep posting b/c morons like you have to keep chiming in and calling people ****** when you don't know who you are even talking to. Again, all I said is screw Whipple in reference to the wait, I'm getting a KB instead, and it turns out to be touchy subject with some people. If that offends people in todays aftermarket world, then they are the idiots. And, I will keep posting b/c I would be idiot to sit back let people call me a *****. The amount of intelligence people have these days.

Just two more weeks......

Doesn't surprise me that you replied to my remark. You have proven to everyone on here that YOU are the one taking offense to the replies to your original post. If it makes you feel better to keep ranting, I don't care. You mean absolutely nothing to me or most people on this board for that matter. I don't get all worked up over "pot stirrers" like you.

And no, I don't work for Whipple. Are you 35thPony disguised as another poster? The question makes as much sense as yours about me working for Whipple.

I'm actually buying a KB off of a buddy. But does that really matter, no. I'm simply stating that you (as much as you deny it) keep stating your case over and over and over about how Whipple is doing bad business and is messed up for not bringing out their blower yet. You forget when the KB first came out the wait folks had to endure in order to get one.

I just think the bashing over a product you don't know anything about is pointless. And I'm not saying that I know everything about the Whipple (or it's performance). I just get so tired of guys like you that go around bashing products, or in your case, a company. I'm done with replying to your posts. I've wasted enough time in the replies I've already posted.

No hard feelings, we just don't see eye to eye when it comes to certain things I suppose. No sweat. I won't lose sleep over this, trust me.

No I am not 35th Pony. And, you wouldn't take offense to someone calling you a ***** or a bitch? They were the ones offended in the first place to reply to my so called waste of time post. I was just letting my opinion be known. There was no hard feelings intended in the first place. You said, "I just think the bashing over a product you don't know anything about is pointless." That is the whole point, it isn't out! I was waiting for the Whipple to come out. But, damn how many times can you call Whipple and they say two more weeks? So I went the KB route. I let my opinion be known. Yes, I am bashing Whipple as a company, not their products. I wasn't bashing Whipple in my original post, I said screw them, tired of waiting. I then had to explain to you people that got offended why I said screw them. Yeah, there are no hard feelings here, but dude I am not going to let someone call me a ***** and not reply back to it. That is a sign of a coward. And, I won't lose sleep over this either. Come on, we all own Lightnings in this forum section whether or not if you have a eaton, magnum powers, KB, or in fact a Whipple whether it comes out in two weeks or two years.

Oh here is the thread to where Whipple said there product was suppose to be out in several weeks.
http://www.nloc.net/forum/showthread...hlight=whipple

Check out the date of October 7th 2004--It is now 8 months later. They have it designed already. Something sounds fishy to me. I am not bashing either, just stating facts.
