Thanks. The regulator is actually quite reachable even standing by the drivers fender so it shouldn't be a problem to adjust.

More progress, and a few lessons learned this weekend...

I bolted on the intake manifold after re-doing a bit of the AN stainless hose stuff on the back (wouldn't clear the firewall the way it was) and totally re-doing my heater hose crossover plumbing on the back of it as well (interfered with the engine wiring harness.) I also installed an upgraded grounding harness kit that ehrlichmotorsports sells. They were doing a group buy on them on NHTOC.com at one time.

I mounted the coolant crossover tube and alternator with associated custom brackets. I also installed the radiator, and did the final fitment, mock up, and assembly on all the radiator hoses. Next came gutting the stock snake orgy of a vacuum harness and fitting new vacuum hoses where they were needed.

I also bolted on the passenger exhaust manifold and started to do the drivers side, and remembered that I had hacked the end off of that one when I was doing some mock up. Once I get one to go on there, I'll bolt my stock midpipes on so I can fire up the engine with no turbos on it. I want to do that to check for leaks, etc before I take it to get the turbos put on.

Lessons learned.

1) I knew my stock cruise control cable wasn't going to reach, but now I know that both it and my stock throttle cable won't work. Looks like I'm going to have to get the cables from something like a 2000 Expedition so they will both reach.

2) I went to bolt my plenum on, and now that I have plugged my alternator wiring in, the plenum won't bolt to my intake. I am going to have to get a 1/2" or so Holley 4150 carb spacer to raise the plenum a tad for clearance. Go figure, but Sullivan's instructions say you don't need any spacer if you are using the plenum on a 5.4.

Items remaining before I can start it up. Bolt up drivers side manifold and midpipe assy, install battery, throttle body, spark plugs/coil packs, and make some kind of temporary air intake setup. Fill engine with oil, radiator with water, and prime the oil system. There is a little bit of misc wire taps I am moving (TPS, coil pack, and MAF voltage for my WBC setup) that I need to hook up, but that won't prevent me from starting the engine.

I think my good buddy Matt (mhays26) snapped a few pics today. If he posts any of those they will be the only ones taken this weekend. Most of what I have been doing is the boring stuff noone really wants to see so I haven't taken any lately.

A few more I snapped tonight. I installed a set of NGK TR6's and put in the coil packs tonight. I also picked up a 1" carb spacer to raise the plenum, and bolted it down as well. It's getting really close to being fired up now.

Actually, Turbo Buicks are pretty well known for busting exaust manifolds on a regular basis. The stock Buick manifolds are a very thin low grade stainless though, I don't think they're anything like what you're using.
I've been wondering why more people haven't gone with the 4V 5.4 swaps. Twin turbo'd? Forget it, it's a natural. There's potential for lots of power, just keep a tight handle on your tune and don't get greedy. Awesome build. Best of luck.

Thanks for the info Super4x4Duty, and yes monkeysL is right. I had a 481RWHP/562lbft torque GN (in a 95 degree dyno bay no less.)

You can call in, or do a search on nhtoc.com for "ground kit" and you'll find some info there too.

Update on the project:

Here's a pic of what looks like now. I'm uploading the videos and will post the links in a bit.
