3313 lbs! ....

We still have to finish the bed cover, the chute, put the carpet back in.the lexan windows, and roof liner. I'm thinking maybe 3400# when all said and done!.. WFC is just around the corner, we won't be able to run in the 9's Legally! we have to get the cage certified, get my license..ect..Time just won't permit..So we will have to wait till after WFC to get things turned up and get ready for some of those Grudge races!.. Parish has a fast truck, but he bit off more than he can chew, challenging JLP
Parish's truck can also drive down the street. It's on street tires, doesn't have a wheelie bar or slicks the size of a prostreet car, and you can still use it as a truck.

I'd take that Chevy ANY DAY.

As usual, not to ***** on JL's thread, just wanna point out the differences that were neglected.

I dont think the street tires vs slicks is a fair comparison since one is 4wd and one RWD.

No doubt about it, that Chevy is a sweet ride but when he does the call out then its run what ya brung.

All he has to do is say JL has to drive it to the track.

OVER.

I don’t get it? So he can make up his own rules? All JL has to do is say the Chevy has to be painted black with pink stripes. OVER.

The point is the Chevy guy made the call out. So if he wants to run JL then they line up side by side at the track and the one who crosses the finish line first wins. Otherwise I could call out any 4 second top fuel dragster and then say well I drive mine on the streets so I win.. or I am street legal so take of your slicks and then we will run.

You make the call out then be prepared to run is race trim.

Anyway this is getting way off topic and there is no sense in arguing this since neither you or I won the cars in question.

Or maybe parish could just step up to a real shot off that baby 100 DRY SHOT, and get rid of the stock heads. If you guys are too blind to see that that truck has WAY MORE potential in it then maybe you all are blind. That truck will hit 9s on street tires, no doubt in my mind. And its on stock diffs and can be DRIVEN.

Whatever, he didn't even call him out, just told him he was coming for him.

All parish has to do is say he wants to race TRUCKS and it's OVER.

<---Parish isn't running with him.
