So sorry Suavy
No worries Rob, I am leaving it in God's hands.

I'm also giving him some back up from my lawyer!

You sir, are amazing. After everything you have gone through with this truck, you still keep your cool and never blow off at anyone. A great example to alot of people that post here. Good luck getting your truck fixed.

Jesse, I do blow my cool some times!

However, if you ever see me I am 5' 10" 280 lb. X- Marine.

Usualy people just have to take a look at me and I seldome have big arguments.

I try to keep my cool and I trust God! I also am very close friends with my lawyer. He usualy losses my temper for me.

I don't think these guy's are going to give me any chit, but thats why I have my lawyer on board.

If you have faith when one door closes God will open another one!

Peace, Suavy

Up date, I guess it's off to court we go they are saying that they don't warenty race engines.

The block is trash, the heads are trashed, my new stage 3 cams are gaulded and so are the cam caps. The crank is trashed and so are 6 of the 8 Manley H-beam rods!

Any tuner out there want to cut me a deal on a built long block with ported heads and stage 3 cams?

Peace,

Suavy

I am SO sorry to hear that Suavy.

I hope that you (and Tim?) can formulate enough of a case to be worthwhile. Seeing that the motor never actually raced and was not a victim of abuse, I would think there would be some precident set about vilation of trust, or theft of service, or something!

I hope it works out for you and I pray that someone steps up for you in your time of need here.

Let me know I can do anything for you.

Herb

Suavy, so so sorry.....

As for the wrrnty, there is a HUGE difference between warranting a race motor, and HAVING TO MAKE GOOD FOR A BRAND NEW MOTOR THAT FAILED ON START UP. (especially after leaving what appears to be a shop rag in the motor) I mean come on WTF ???

Bro you must have God and A LOT of patience.....
I only knowing "1 way" to deal with stuff like this
and I don't feel like getting yelled at, so I'll leave it there....

We as Christians have to take in account what the scriptures tell us. And in things like this we are instructed to follow this example.

And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are called according to his purpose Romans 8:28

In this we discover there is no point in getting worked up over the situation. When God states "All things" it means "ALL". Even the crap like this. And that's what Suavy's "Peace" is all about.

And picking people up by the neck will not enhance your finances.
Things break and lawyer will have a different priority.

Thank you Thnder, you realy hit my peace on the head! That is what I mean when I say "Peace" it's not in the hippi kind of peace. It's the peace of our lord and savior be with you and apon you.

Everyone, I do know that my problems were to happen this way for a reason.

Not my will but his will be done!

Through all of this I have become one of the most hands on Lightning mechanics in my area.

I know that all will end up well with the law suit I have been counciled by 2 gifted lawyers and one soon to be!

There is maybe a silver linning to this story and I may have an answer by the time I get back from Texas.

Peace,

Suavy

Your right!

In the words of TS, "No one call me when they want to send flowers!"

My lawyer tells me not to sweat this and as soon as I get back we are going to get started. He settled my last misunderstanding in two letters. They said no the first time and no the second letter! Then all of a sudden out of the blue two weeks later a check comes for the full amount that was owed!

Peace,

Suavy
