just wanted to give kuddos to JDM

about a month before christmas i went to the race track and the next day I still had some gas left so I drove around on my race tune just cuz I wanted to get a "feel" for what the race tune felt like in everyday driving... see if there was a difference...

anyway, that day at work I left my doors windows down after lunch ...i work about 10 yards from my truck and watch it all day (obviously not enough) and someone stole my SCT 9100 out of my truck...

well I was stuck on my race tune with no way to switch back to stock. I tried to buy a new 9100 but everyone wanted like $400+ because they are extinked now...

so I found a guy on nloc that gave me an unbelieveable hookup (even free next day air shipping to JDM) anyway, since about christmas time JDM has had my new 9100 trying to unlock the VIN lock and putting on a new stock tune without anyluck... iv called numerous times and Jim Jr and Jim have been very upfront with me and they told me today they are just gonna send me a new xcaliber and tweak my 3 tunes for me and ship it to me all for free!!!

i just wanna say thanks to JDM for everything!!!! i didnt expect them to give me a free excaliper, i figure most people would say tuff luck, you bought a piece of crap or whatever and it cant be unlocked.... cya... but nope!!!

If you have the right software, you can unlock a 9100 in about 5 seconds and clear it out ready for new tunes. guess they dont have that software.

Get that Gen1 done yet?

I've never met a bigger dueche bag in my life than nine second nothin!!!!! Dude, get over your self!

I've spent maybe 2-3000 bucks over 4-5 years with JDM...they treat me like I'm family. They did even before I spent my first nickel with them. Maybe its just because I'm a JDM cheerleader, I don't know.

Anyway...that was AWSOME of them to do for you, 00bolt, and yes, thats way above and beyond what is expected. They are good people!

Going fast with class? Duechebag? goes hand in hand there bud.

also, you have never met me, but if you make wfc this year you will. look for a gen1 running circles around all the gen11s and its tuned by someone other than internet salesman.

it is true however that if sct gives you the right software you can unlock any tuning device they sell and its true that jdm doesnt have that software. my tuner has it and thats how i know it.

stay happy whip and keep calling people you dont know names and oneday youll turn around to find a fist in your face. like it should be. internet thug..

Later.
