Exclamation

Guys and gals,

Please! I do not want this thread to get closed from arguing. I want this to stay up to get advice and keep everyone up to date on what is going on. I put this here to help people. I see a couple people may not believe the words I type or try and discredit me, that is fine and ok with me.

No warranty on a performance product>??? I know JDM stands behind their motors. I could also agree with the statement if I didn't have problem after problem. If the motor held together, put down good numbers at the track for a season, then let go while making an end of the season run or the beginning of the next or something like that, then yes I could understand. But that is not the case here. -Mat-

Keep it clean.

Moderators, if it gets bad, please just delete the BS and not close the whole thread. Thank You.

Once again - I will state that we cannot be judges of the truth unless we see it with our own eyes.

We didnt see any defective workmanship and even if there were pictures we have no way of knowing who's motor it was or who worked on that motor.

I have seen to many complete BS stories on here with dynos and timeslips and videos all to back it up. The way I know is I photoshoped some of the evidence. Including a signature picture in use now.

This needs to be settled OFF LINE.

I'm not acting like a know it all. I have first hand experience dealing with Tommy and his BS. I also know 2 other people besides me that are in the same situation as Mat. I'm not posting just to talk *****. I'm warrning people about how he does business(or lack there of), so they won't have the same problems that Mat and the rest of us have had with him.

Steve A., Also your motor isn't a mod-motor, your motor is easier to get to go fast.

If OP had a defendable position he'd be defending himself. He's been schooled on this by other vendor(s). He's posting on other threads, so...his silence here speaks volumes.

You cant prove anything from a negative - All you can do is assume ...

If there is any credence to the previous threats of lawsuits he better off NOT responding here. Guilty or innocent your atty will advose against it

I didn't offer any proof, only an opinion. You know what they say about opinions. Mine is no stinkier than yours.
