I thought it was gonna be some drag racing and a little corner carving challenge.

Depending on when I'm there. Just to watch of course, but I'll bring the Video Camera and definetly make a video of the days events. I say make the event at like Atco/Etown/Cecil personally.

That would never work out. Most of these guys only know how to aim and shoot their trucks down a straight 1/4 mile track.

I would like to get my daily in on the action , But I'm not a true customer of a big three tuner. I've got a little from everyone put together by Dave at Dynamic Performance and tuned by Author Todd.

I'm asking for permission!!

Cecil County opens up around the third week in Feb.
E Town might do a private rental.

I'd like to see two classes at this event, One for "the big boys" and one for non-nitrous trucks.

I don't know much about nitrous and probably won't ever run it, so to me seeing a truck run 10's w/o spray is far more impressive!

Sounds like we could have enough interest to form a whole new series....lol

Years ago Sal, Johnny, and Myself used to head out to Cecil or Etown park next to each other, shoot the ***** and talk about our trucks! Because all of our buisnesses have grown and the demands that it has put on us it has made it tough for us to get together. Now Im not saying that its going to be like the old days but I for one would like this day to be friendly and just competitive. Hell I have been so busy my truck hasnt even seen the track or an engine for that matter in damn near two years. The last time out we went a 10.50 flat @ 128 with stock cams, stock heads, stock eaton blower, a 175 shot of nos, and Estimated horsepower 680@ the tire. Now the new motor is a 5.4 / 4 valve with a Whipple 3.3 and the nitrous is still on the truck. I talked to Sal today about his new combination, sounds like BIG POWER!

Lets try to keep this post clean and friendly because thats how this day should go!
