Best oil?

I've only had my 01 Lightning a couple months and I was wondering what would be the best oil to put in it. (5w-30, etc.) It's stock except for an Air Force 1 intake. Any suggestions?

Royal Purpal!!! Its the same price as mobile one well maybe a couple of cents more but its is definetly worth it. my SECOND choice would be mobile one. No Matter what oil you choose it is always a good idea to put alittle bit of the Lucas oil in as well.

I would stick with the readily available oils. Royal Purple and Redline are fine oils, but typically over priced and not as easily found as many others. If you want to go with synthetics, then go with Mobil 1. If you want to stay with conventional oil, and it will work perfectly fine, then I would suggest Chevron Supreme, Castrol and Kendall.

Amsoil Series 2000 0-30W has them all smoked. Better four ball wear tests, better flash points, better film strength, best protection against wear and sludge.
