gainesville

I live in gainesville, central florida. The weather is pretty hot and humid here, but we have a good track. And the homes and neighborhoods are nice. The population is far less than any of the south florida towns. I am not sure if i am going to stay here after college.

I am in Ormond beach 2 miles north of Daytona it's a nice place to live it has a Big City feel when the events are here like race week bike week spring break and etc but it's quiet when everyone is gone the only bad thing is the wages are low but if you have a good job it's a great place to be and homes are very reasonable

Stick with the dry heat move to AZ. Never have to worry about poor weather like hurricanes or humidity. You get nice monsoon seasons in the summer which is fitting for our trucks, lots of lightning..............

Hey, Don't forget the Clearwater/St. Pete area, we got Football, Baseball, and Hockey. Some of the nicest beaches in the U.S. If you like Fishing and Diving, we go that too. I live on the the water and would't trade it for anything, except maybe a cool summer place in the mountains. And don't forget to bring your Air conditioner!!

I have lived in Clearwater/St. Pete, and now in Ft. Lauderdale. I prefer Clearwater/ St. Pete tho. Its just not as hectic up there as it is in south fla.

The west coast (Ft. Myers/ Naples) would bore me to tears. Not enough going up over there.

You have to analyze your life, and ask yourself a bunch of questions.

-Are you married? Kids? Do you like to party? Do you like it quiet and peaceful, with a nice party time not TOO far away.

I think Palm Beach would be a perfect fit.............it's SUBSTANTIALLY quieter and more peaceful than Dade or Broward Counties.............cost of living is slightly less, but pretty much negligible.......Very nice houses, and still affordable, plus it's not over crowded like down here.......if you like to party, Boca has some nice places to hang out at, but is way more civilized than Miami. If you wanna just lose consciousness for 72 hours, head down to Miami Beach after work on Friday, and you'll be set.

The weather in West Palm is a good 10-15 degrees cooler on average than in Miami in the winter, and Moroso is in the heart of West Palm Beach..................Honestly, to me, it's a no brainer.

Good luck in your decision,
jc
