Is there anyway to install a 15" JL W3 in a lightning???

Question Is there anyway to install a 15" JL W3 in a lightning???

I was just wondering, because I don't remember anyone having a 15" speaker behind the seats of an L.

HIGHLY unlikely, unless you are as small as Cyntaxx. Even still you would struggle for airspace with out a box that took up both sides.

Why the hell do you want a 15 inch woofer? You entering SPL contests? I see no reason for the extrmeme unless you simply just wanna be different.

Well I have here in my house just sitting there. Thats why I wnt to do something with it. By the way I'm about 5'8"-5'9", is that small enough?

I agree with zbornac on this, you could probably get the airspace, but not the depth. As it is 12's are a tight fit on the depth.

If you really wanted to be different, and use that 15" you could pull the passenger seat and build a crazy box and amp rack in its place. I can't say I have seen anything like that before.

well i am in the process of putting 4 15w3's in my truck, just haven't got the bed cover in yet. you could probobly get one 15 if you wouldn't mind riding under the dash.
