Ford has never made a 5.4 Aluminium Block, So are you running a 4.6 Aluminium or 5.4 Iron ? The Ford GT will be the 1st Aluminium 5.4

Hate to tell you but cooler air will produce more power, more power on weak rods= ventilated block option
