Nothing against Randy but Randy doesnt make 1800hp (A 91mm Turbo wont flow enough cfm to support 1800) and a 91mm Turbo wont push 40psi, unless its in a VW bug.

Cmom Sal lets keep it real

Joe,

Will those injectors work for our application?

What valve train are you big boost guys running? I found several threads on the Corral about broken ModMax valve springs, but I am told this is due to improper installation.

Is there a proven valve train other than ModMax?

Randy haywood may not make 1800hp but he does have a legal 7second mod motor super street outlaw car , and if they work in his car I,m sure the amount of boost that we push is not going to hurt .

With such tremendous boost levels, @ 24#, I have a hard time believing that the stock head gakets hold up....there must be a secret done in the sealing...I wonder how Sal is installing his head gakets...??

I am not 100% sure. I am putting together a secondary fuel system for a friend and after a few weeks of searching those injectors were the highest lb/hr high-impedence injectors I could find anywhere.

I might be wrong, but aren't our injectors 14ohm?

The injectors on our trucks are 14ohm, they are also called high impedence. You can purchase a injector driver box that allows you to use a low impedence injector, but those have been known to give problems. The highest high impedence injector Ive seen used on any Ford Product has been a 55#.

Hope this helps

I ran up to 25psi on the stock gaskets w/ no problems. I have run 26psi on the "revised" stock gaskets w/ no issues. The head gaskets on these trucks are amazing.

Does anyone even offer a high impedance (14ohm) injector larger then the 55#?

Who is running the most power with the 50-55# injectors?
