It says " ****in Fast, Powered by ****™ "

I had posted a pic of it from my gallery but Doug removed the link from the post. You can still find it here .

The grill is a Carriage Works. Its ok as far as the billet grills go but i had to do some grinding on the two vertical posts nearest the center because it would cause the outer grill shell to bow out. So i took off about a 1/4" of material then re-drilled the holes in the center of the metal post. Definately need two people to install it if you want to keep your insanity. Got it from Josh @ Motor City Mods for $179 shipped on last months specials. He may have a few more if you email him on NLOC.

Were you all so blinded from the shine nobody noticed he has 99-00 wheels out back and 01-02 wheels in the front?

I thought this wasz the "nitpick at pictures people post" forum.

His spare is probably and 03 wheel or something.

I checked this site and have been going there for years. They always have a good answer to detailing questions. Well, tried the nutter butter thing, WD-40, and other well meant suggestions, but the answer has been right in front of us all along-DAWN DISH SOAP. Use a strong solution of Dawn and a little water and a toothbrush. I just tried it, then washed it and it's been in the sun for 2 days (*no &%#& garage) it the white crap on the trim is still gone. I can see places I missed and have to do still but I am tickled. I've had wax on the black trim for 2 years and couldn't get it all off-only hide it. now it's outa here.
Only the pollen keeps coming back.

Thanks for the tip! I applied some of that satin shine stuff on my plastic trim before I waxed and it seemed to keep the wax from sticking to those parts. But I'll try Dawn if some hazy residue appears in a few days on the edges I may have missed.

179 for upper and lower? Also, how hard is the installation of the emblem? I just got my "Fast" ones put on and didn't want to waste them. I prefer the emblem on the grille....

Theres actually a not so funny story behind why im running the ghetto mixed wheels. I got a pair of 99 wheels with drag radials that were supposed to be some spare " fun " tires while the stockers went out to get chromed. Wellp, 2.5 months and 14 dip and strips later, my first set of stockers were ruined. Currently pressing legal issues against the company for not standing behind their services and putting myself in danger to boot considering the wheels cracked on the inside. If anyone knows where i can find 2 01/02 wheels cheap, lemme know. I want to exchange these out for new chromies until i get reimbursed for the first set ruined.

Well heres the thing. There isnt a place to affix the emblem like the stock grill has. So, you need to be creative. The best solution i found was taking 2 washers that fit over the stock emblem prongs, place the emblem on , then superglue the washers to the back side of the grill. You could use double stick tape but its not very strong and leaves a potential " theft " to occur.

Also, it was a April special, $179 for both the upper and lower.

We do almost the exact same process. I used a polish, Menzerna, before the SMR. The thing I like the most about the Souveran is that deep dark pool effect.

Your truck looks awesome.
