Yeah just give Rick a call. I go there probably once a month, I live about 10 minutes away. Seriously, his All-Wheel cleaner is awesome on the stock wheels. Todd

What do you guys do to keep the wax residue from building up on the black pastic trim? Do you mask the flareside steps off, just wax carefully, or take a toothbrush to them after waxing?

Where's the Braino Gang ...?
Zaino is excellent on light colored cars. Its looks great on darks too, BUT... It doesnt bring out the depth. It gives it a plastic look and god for bit you even get a hint of light swirls, it gets magnified 100% with Zaino. Ive been using it for years but its just time to bite to bullet and go for some carnuba love. Ill go back to using it in the late Fall and throughout winter for its durability.

CCW and Pinnacle waxes dont leave a white chalky residue. However, if for any reason you get any white res on the trim, some peanut butter will remove it.

Just like he said. No problems with that site. The easiset wax to go on and come off i have used. And doesnt leave any residue. I will be doing my truck this weekend since getting her back with the new paint job. Ill clay bar her and wax. Im actully looking forward to waxing her since no more plastic left on my truck. Half the time waxing before was spent making sure not to get anything on the plastic which no matter what always did get on there. Then the other half was spent getting the wax off the plastic.

Cyntaxx

I use CCW and a Porter Cable orbital and the PC orbital is awesome. Adjustable speed and sturdy but light. You'll like it. Remember to order some extra pads.

Hmmmm, so rubbing some peanut butter on the black trim works? Any other tips or magical routines?

I've used CWW for a couple years now. On my 2nd gallon. They have a nice glaze now to, and the miracle mist is a must have.

I just put in a $100 order on their site, no problem. I've no reservations about dealing with Rick. You can always call and give a CC number if you wish.

I have 3 cars on my website, all CWW'd, including my black HD which is a wax hog. As for keeping it off the trim, something I tried last time was to put my plastic trim 'protectent' on prior to waxing. That slick, slimy stuff prevented any wax from sticking so no problems. I'll be doing that regulary in the future now, seems to work pretty good.
