In the summer of 2001, JDM's truck was running consistant 11.60's-40's supposedly without Nitrous. This year, JDM doesnt have a single customer in the 11.40 range without nitrous, as a matter of fact, the closest JDM tuned truck has run 11.59 with no nitrous and stock blower, meanwhile, JL has numerous L's with no nitrous, with KB and eaton blowers running 11 teens and 11'0's...... hmmmm
JDM, if you had a Lightning running 11.40's with no nitrous in the heat of the day in Texas, why cant you duplicate that truck over and over again for your customers?
Yup, JDM is top dog in the MM&FF shootout, but Sal is the topdog when it comes to Nitrous equipped L's.
Maybe if you had that mysterious 166 Jim, you would be in the 9's.

I think everybody is being real childish these days about which tuner they use.Pick one and be happy. If you are in a hurry to get parts you will probley just be dissapointed.Stuff takes time when you have hundreds of customers to please. Everyone jumps on one guy because he says A is better than B while the next guy says C is the best of all.I say on the fastest gen 2 comparing times with and without nitrous is like apples and oranges. I say they get in the same truck and see who can do the best or have the same thing done to each of the trucks so it is fair to say who has the fastest truck. this is my .02cents worth.

I dont post alot here or any whare else, but I do read. I spend at least 2 hours a day just checking on what is going on and what to do and look out for. After reading this message board for over a year all I can say is this, the things that I have read have made me decide ,for now, not to modify my truck. We are obviously here for one reason, to talk about modding the trucks we love and drive and tell eachother about our experiences. We learn form each other and should help each other. Yes there will be disputes but I think that it is a shame when two profesionals consistently attack eachother. Sometimes one starts it sometimes it is the other. I dont have the answer but I know that this is not it and this board as a comunity can not survive with this type of division. I will get up on Monday and go to work, and so will most of us but how long will the tuners survive by striking out aginst eachother.
I use to always post on "The Corral" and on "SN95" in relation to my mustang and never did I see the attacks that I see here.

all this happened with my last mod...
I was a bit worried about ordering one. I didn't want to open up the box and have the little critter escape, or not moving at all. I finally ordered one last year but the bunnies were back ordered and they wouldn't be large enough to create enough horsepower. I finally got one but was not for my truck, I tried for hours to get the bolts all the way but I ended up stripping abunch of metal and I was done with that. I returned the little guy and got my money back. Luckily enough someone else was cloning the bunnies and they were in stock. Now apparently Little Bunnies inc. has exclusive cloning right to the origional Bunny convertor! Not sure if that includes breeding or what I got before but I didn't want that mess again! But this little guy works real hard and I can tell I definatley have a "seat of the pants" increase! Its shifting was also just out of this world! My only problem with it is draining the "bunny pan"

I wish I could make my own damn parts and tune my my own truck!!! ....I wonder what JL's truck would run with some N20 on it??? I hate to see all this crap from EVERYONE!!!

I haven't purchased parts from either vendor but I can say that it seems to me that Jim only posts when it's in his best interest. Only when he can make himself a buck. As for Sal, he's been on here day in and day out for a long time answering the same questions over and over again. Helping out person after person. I forgive Sal for stooping to Jim's level. It's about time if you ask me. Expect a call Monday from me Sal. It's about time I give an honest vendor some well deserved business.

customers, understands and answers email and IM messages,
and treats his customers as customers and friends.
When you figure that out, you're all set. It took several
